Data deletion and disconnection.
Public instructions for removing connections and requesting deletion of your MQPostFlow data or account.
Version dated October 24, 2026
1. Disconnect a network
- Sign in to the app and open My networks.
- Choose a connection and use the option to remove it.
- To also revoke the provider’s permission, remove MQPostFlow from the social network’s connected-app settings.
The app deletes the tokens and identifiers for that connection and blocks future deliveries that depend on it. This does not delete drafts or history. A delivery already received by a provider may continue processing.
2. Delete data or close your account
Email contact@mqpostflow.com from your registered address with the subject “MQPostFlow data deletion”. Tell us whether you want to delete data for a specific connection or close the whole account. Name the networks involved and avoid including full post content in the message.
Requests are free and can be made without dashboard access. If you have lost access to the registered email, explain this so identity verification can be arranged individually. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, identity numbers, documents or tokens unless specifically guided through a suitable process.
3. Verification and follow-up
We confirm identity through the registered channel or a proportionate alternative before deleting anything. Once validated, we explain the request’s scope, progress and applicable timeframe. Replies stay in the same email conversation. Any legal reason to retain a record will be explained with its purpose and scope. Deletion is not described as complete before confirmation by the person responsible.
4. What removal covers
Depending on the validated request, closure involves disconnecting accounts, blocking new deliveries and deleting registration details, profile, media, drafts, briefs and integration records without a legal retention purpose. Records needed for legal obligations, the exercise or defense of rights, or documenting the request itself may be retained with restricted access and a limited purpose. Backups, when present, follow these controls and must not reactivate deleted data.
5. What remains on external networks
Deleting MQPostFlow data or disconnecting an account does not automatically delete posts already published on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Use the network’s own tools to remove them. Data processed under the provider’s responsibility follows its policy. For an uncertain delivery, check the platform before creating another post.
