Terms of service.

1. Provider and service

MQPostFlow is an independent SaaS provided by Marcus Quintão, an individual and analyst/programmer in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil. Contact: contact@mqpostflow.com. It lets users prepare, review, schedule and track original content on authorized accounts, subject to available integrations and features.

2. Access and accounts

Current access is early and invitation-only, for people aged 16 or older. Users under 18 must meet applicable requirements for a parent or guardian’s assistance or authorization. Provide accurate information, protect your password and email account, and do not share codes or keys. The app requires email confirmation and may keep a session for up to seven days. You are responsible for actions you authorize on your account, without removing the service’s responsibility for faults attributable to it.

3. Content and permission

You retain rights to the content you provide. You must have the permissions needed for text, images, trademarks and people depicted. By confirming a delivery, you authorize MQPostFlow to store, prepare formats and transmit the content to your selected destinations solely to provide the service. This does not license the sale of your content or its use in MQPostFlow advertising without specific permission.

Review text and images, including AI-assisted material. Do not use the service for spam, fraud, rights violations, unlawful content or unauthorized account access. The destination network’s policies also apply.

4. Networks, scheduling and limits

Network permissions are individual and may expire or be revoked. Only available, validated connections can be selected. Saving a version does not automatically authorize delivery: review and confirm the schedule. The queue is checked in five-minute cycles; processing, timezone, usage limits, availability and provider decisions may affect timing and confirmation.

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are being enabled gradually; no external-use approval is claimed before the respective providers authorize it. X is deferred. The current module does not include videos, Reels, Stories, private messages or posts to personal Facebook profiles.

5. Prices and commercial conditions

Published prices are references in USD. Payments, checkout and automatic subscription purchases are not enabled. This page does not request card details or payments. Invitations state the actual conditions of any free or courtesy access. Showing a plan does not create a charge or paid subscription.

One content item and its versions count as one post. Monthly allowances do not roll over and reset on the subscription’s monthly anniversary; annual plans also use monthly allowances. Before sales are enabled, price, currency, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions will be provided, preserving statutory consumer rights. Changes do not create retroactive charges.

6. Failures, support and responsibility

Reports distinguish confirmation, failure and uncertain outcomes. For authorization failures, reconnect and review content before rescheduling. For uncertain outcomes, check the network itself to avoid duplicates. The system may send transactional email notices; recipient filters and external failures can affect delivery.

No reach, engagement, sales results or uninterrupted availability are promised. Any liability limitations remain subject to applicable law and do not exclude mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Support: support@mqpostflow.com.

7. Privacy, restriction and closure

Data processing is explained in the Privacy policy. You may remove connections and request account closure through support. Disconnecting MQPostFlow does not remove content already published on external networks. Deletion requests require identity confirmation and follow applicable legal retention exceptions.

The service may proportionately restrict features to contain security risks, abuse or violations of these terms, with an explanation and a way to contact the provider where feasible. Closure and its consequences will be communicated, subject to legal obligations.

8. Changes and applicable law

Material changes will be communicated through service channels and published with a date. New paid conditions require prior disclosure and appropriate acceptance. These terms follow Brazilian law without removing mandatory protections applicable to users or access to the legally competent courts. Contact the provider if translations are unclear; mandatory rights remain protected.
